“Advice” Columns

FOR ADOPTEES & ADOPTIVE FAMILIES

The Journal, a publication created as a collaboration between Families with Children from China (FCC) of Greater New York (FCCNY) and FCC New England (FCCNE), ran a column called, “Ask Amanda” that was published intermittently between 2005 and 2014.

Mei Magazine, a magazine created for Chinese adoptees age 7 to 14, was published bimonthly and featured articles with specific relevance to girls adopted from Chin, was in production from 2005 to 2012. The advice column for girls, “Amanda’s Place,” appeared in every publication.
